  • Provide required access to platforms (e.g. website, CRM, social media accounts)

  • Use our systems and services in a lawful and ethical manner

  • Not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer any systems provided

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact results and delivery timelines.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Our services may be offered as once-off projects, monthly subscriptions, or customised packages.

  • Payments must be made in accordance with agreed terms

  • Monthly services are billed in advance unless stated otherwise

  • Late or missed payments may result in:

    • Suspension of services

    • Restricted access to systems

    • Delays in delivery

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust pricing with reasonable notice

  • Apply fees for additional services outside agreed scope

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Results Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee specific financial results, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes

6. Intellectual Property

All systems, strategies, designs, and materials created by Kenzo InfiniTech remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the delivered services for business purposes.

Clients may not:

  • Copy, resell, or redistribute systems without permission

  • Claim ownership of proprietary frameworks or automation structures

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kenzo InfiniTech shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

  • Data loss resulting from external system failures

Our total liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Clients agree to comply with the terms of those platforms.

9. SMS Communication Terms (Required Section)

  • Program Name: Kenzo InfiniTech Communication Alerts

  • Program Description:
    Users who opt in may receive messages related to appointment scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, service updates, and other business-related communications.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number provided. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to and from us. Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services.

  • For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
